Jacqueline Lee
I am a registered medical-surgical nurse, wife, mother, and author of Bobby’s Bully, where I provide a teachable message of inclusion and kindness to children. I actively speak out against all forms of bullying, encouraging children and parents to fight against harassment and discrimination. I have studied abroad in Heredia at the Latin University of Costa Rica. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, traveling, exercising, being outdoors and spending time with family. Here, at HappiLee Books, our goal is to bring about fun, teachable, and inspirational learning experiences to children.

I have created a Happi & positive space for children to be able to showcase their creative works in our Happi corner. Parents and guardians, you can help your child upload their works of art. It could be anything from poems, drawing, paintings etc. I will highlight a child every month.
what makes your child, YOUR, child. Always allow your child to express themselves. Never squander a child as they express themselves. As parents and guardians, we need to foster our children’s imagination, creativity, and all the little nuances that make each child one of a kind.
your child to be proud of who they are and accept their wonderful traits, talents, and quirks that make them unique. Even at a young age, be honest when your child asks about why another individual might look, speak, or act differently. Then reinforce that these differences are to be celebrated.
with your child and show them how to be empathetic of others. As parents, we should lead by example and model positive behaviors for our children. Be honest and upfront with your child and allow your child to share their feelings openly with you.
